Morning @ResilientNeighbour7 bless you - don't forget lack of sleep can make you feel cold and ill darling, have you got enough clothes on and you can always have your quilt over you when your sitting darling, hope your skin is feeling better after your shower. x

It sounds like you are having a really difficult time at the moment @ResilientNeighbour7. I can hear how you are upset, cold, and tired.
Do you have anyone near you who you could talk to - such as your medical team and general support network?
Another resource you might find useful is Scope's Disability Energy Service. Please also remember that you are welcome to email [email protected].
Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soonCommunity Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's. Pronouns: She/her.

It's really cold at the minute @ResilientNeighbour7, isn't it? I'm currently in a flat without any heating on, and I can feel my fingers going stiff.
Did you manage to get any sleep last night?
Layering up, using hot water bottles, and having hot drinks, are all good suggestions I thinkI know they don't solve the core issue, but perhaps they can make things more comfortable for you?

Where do I find kind people like you in real life in the real world in my proximity ?
Sat here crying (silently), itching, aching, rotting, shivering even with all the things I’m using, surrounded by clutter, still harassed by that parasitic vicious racist downstairs, I’ve got nothing done today, it’s dark already,
At least I can say I was able to access scope and received some kind replies so I’m not completely alone thanks you -
Period pain plus all of this WHY
-
I can’t really help with the neighbours situation but I do think reducing the clutter would help you greatly.
it would be one less stress to deal with, I’d suggest setting a little time aside each day and try and do as much as you can manage.
it would also help greatly with heating as it’s harder for central heating to warm up a cluttered home.
Start with 3 piles - Keep, Donate/Sell & Bin.
Try and fill at least one bin bag a day if you can manage it, you will be surprised how much less stress you feel is a clean & tidy home.
Just don’t over exhaust yourself, it’s important to know your limits. -
Bless you @ResilientNeighbour7 you know were always here for you darling just wish i could give you a proper hug x

Hi sue glad to see people like you care & have a heart x i saw your message reply at right time. Currently overhearing the downstairs neighbour reading out loud a letter of complaint from [Removed by moderator - name of housing association] and swearing about it as though to intimidate me! This I’m still trying to do the decluttering at my own pace as I deserve a clean living space and have every right to be here . It’s a world of dualities. Really bad people like the neighbour but then kind spirits like yourself. Trying to embrace the balance x

It sounds like your taking a positive step with the declutter and you absolutely deserve a nice and tidy safe space so your definitely on the right path with all that, if you ever seen any tips on cleaning/declutter please feel free to ask as I’m a bit of a clean freak and I’d be more than happy to give advice as it’s the least you deserve -
Morning @ResilientNeighbour7 for got to ask, hows your tummy now, have your monthly's subsided, it's one thing i certainly don't miss, x
-
Nope not yet. And worst of all the vicious downstairs troll hasn’t stopped bullying me either. This is surely hell. I would’nt mind an early menopause or even death as it’s not like I’m one of these normal women who go onto become developed, get married and become parents & grandparents. What is the point of me going through all of this. Not only do I not look like a woman but I am mistreated by strangers too! Anyway on the other hand there are positives; is that apparently having periods are a sign of health & if I can ‘survive’ such horrific symptoms every damn month & live to tell the tale, surely that accounts for something honourable 😳
-
Forced to live in fear and can’t make a peep without neighbour banging but so far today I hoovered the hallway & kitchen (albeit with hellish banging from neighbour and with a flimsy cheap hoover that barely picks ups much) and through our one bag of rubbish but nowhere near down with the mountains of hell surrounding me !
-
Also very tired after a horrid and wasted day outside following derm appointment seeing no results and for a new rash , they said they’ll check on Friday
-
Morning @ResilientNeighbour7 Us women surely do go through the mill with our monthleys i used to call mine "The grotts" simply because i felt grotty with them.
You done well with filling a bag of stuff and cleaning the hallway and kitchen darling, try and pick a corner or another part of another room today to declutter,
Hope the new rash starts easing soon, and i look forward to hearing if you achieved another area of decluttering. x
