Hi all
its been a while since I’ve been here. So I get my PIP payments every 4 weeks on a Monday. I had my last payment on 7th November so was expecting one in the bank today but it hasn’t gone in . I’m getting worried as it has never happened before. Anybody else has any idea why it might be?

There’s several other threads here relating to the same thing. There was an issue with the payment system with DWP. On the helpline there’s an automated message to say they know and you will receive your money sometime today.0

Good evening,
My PIP payment was due in today and it has not been received. I called after 5pm and there was no message about issues with payment systems.
Has anyone else had a problem today?
Many thanks,
Elizabeth

There's been no other members that have reported issues with payments. They close at 5pm anyway and usually when they are closed it will just tell you they are closed.
You will need to ring them again tomorrow when they open at 9am. This is usually the best time to ring so I'd advise you to ring then.
