Hello ,
I get pip and contribution based esa and a family member has died I am due inheritance both benefits are non means tested so savings etc isn’t considered I believe and was never asked about ? Do I need to still inform dwp as advice online is very conflicting ?

There is no need to inform DWP.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
