Hi guys just joined up to get advice maybe give advice !? and to hopefully not feel so lonely now that I feel as if I've lost control and have little say in how my body works 😳

    @izzyboo It is good to welcome you to this site and community.  You have come to the right place to get advice from a wonderful & knowledgeable group of volunteers and members in general.  I also look forward to seeing your advice to others.

    Have a good look around thec site; hopefully you will find categories and discussions that will guide you. However, do not be shy in asking for advice also.

    I really hope you will feel a sense of belonging here too.  We are here to support each other in many different ways.  It is important that we 'stick together' especially at this time of year.
