Hi i went to a tribunal on Thursday got a letter saying does not have limited capability for work and it getting remitted to the secretary of state what does that mean

It essentially means the tribunal have found you fit for work and are sending their decision to UC/ESA for their records. Wether or not you’ll have to look for work now (UC) will depend on your circumstances (partner earnings etc) but you’re essentially classed as a jobseeker for UC purposes now.0

I take it you get PIP/DLA. Please be aware that every benefit has a different criteria so even though you have been found fit for work, PIP/DLA is not about ability to work and is more in regards to your Daily Living and Mobility activities.0

You can request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision by contacting HMCTS. Once you receive them you'll need to find someone to take a look to see if they can find the error in law, if not then you can't appeal that decision.
