PIP assessment report

Good evening,
I'm new here and just looking for some advise.
I have recently recieved a copy of my pip assessment report. The assessor has scored me 0 points on all but one section. They have used the same copy and paste reason for no award which is as follows "although evidence of mental health issues medication is only currently taken for anxiety. Also is awaiting appointment with IAPT so currently does not have any mental health team input.
In all the documents and evidence I sent in it clearly states part of my mental health is around medication. I'm extremely anxious taking any new medications as i dont like the way they make me feel. This leads to panic attacks and makes my other conditions worse. As I have ME/CFS I'm extremely sensitive to medication and it causes my fatigue levels to become unbearable. The same goes for pain medication so I only stick to paracetamol. Also yes I am waiting on an appointment with IAPT but it is not the first time I've seen them. As I was so distressed on my first referal last year they discharged and asked for me to be referred again when I felt the time was better.
This seems to be the theme throughout my whole assessment. They say they have the evidence to support what I'm telling them but because of not taking medication they will not award me on any of the sections.
Sorry its a little long winded. Hopefully it all makes sense as my brain a little mushy this evening.

Hi. I found that copy and paste seems to be a tool they like to use. I would ask for a mandatory reconsideration and explain why you disagree. Use all the resources on here to help you.0

The assessment report is not the decision, it's a recommendation and no points are awarded in the report. The only person that can score you points is a decision maker. Whilst they mostly do go with the report it has been known for them to go against it.No medication is one of the classic copy and paste reasons but not taking any medication is irrelevant.Once the decision is made if you're not happy you can challenge that by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration.0
