New to community, thankyou for accepting me.
Just a query, sent of PIP claim last week online, had receipt stating they had received it. Letter this morning stating that they are waiting for the completed form and given me another 2 weeks. on the phone to them, well waiting for an hour yet, not spoke to anyone.

It's very likely the letter was sent before they received your completed form. The letters are automatically generated.

Hi @bignev and a warm welcome to our community on this chilly Thursday, how are you?
I can understand your concern, but hope Poppy's explanation about letters being automatically generated has helped alleviate your worry.
I've moved your post to our PIP, DLA and AA category and changed the title to help others see your question. Please do keep us updated with how you get on and feel free to lean on us for support with anything else. Best wishes!0
