Tribunal Tomorrow - staying calm

Well tomorrow is the day this whole ordeal could be over with hopefully the correct decision with me being award the correct points and rates.
Am hoping I don't have a panic attack or burst into tears. But more than likely I will and I just have to accept it. Fingers crossed all goes well.

Good luck. Please also remember that they don't always make the decision on the day of the hearing. If this happens, it's nothing to worry about, lots of people don't have the decision on the day but it doesn't mean anything other than that. They will send you the decision letter in the post.

@Thorsfriend We'll all be rooting for you. Just think, this time tomorrow you will most likely feel like an enormous weight has been lifted. If that anxiety or those tears come, there is no shame. The panel will understand how stressful a situation it is and be empathetic to how you're feeling. Let the feelings come, and know that they will peak and you will relax again.
