Hi, I'm karen. What do they mean by sequential personal actions on the WCA form?

I am filling in the work capability assessment form and I’m on the section that asks if you can complete two sequential personal actions involving planning, organising, problem solving, switching tasks. Please can anyone tell me what type of things they mean by personal action?

If you mean question 13 starting and finishing tasks then this can be anything from washing/dressing/cooking a meal/shopping/paying bills/ironing, so anything that you would normally expect to do during a typical day for you. This link may also help. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/employment-and-support-allowance/help-with-your-esa-claim/fill-in-form-esa/

Hello @karenlprentice
I'm glad Poppy was able to explain and give examples of what personal actions mean in respect of the WCA form, it can be confusing when you aren't in the know!
Just to let you know, I've moved your thread to our ESA category and amended the title to help others spot it who might have the same query. I've also sent you a little email, if you want to give that a read and get back to us when you can.
Take care and I hope all goes smoothly for you.
