Please can someone explain what’s called when your big toe involuntarily and painfully moves and stays down and you can’t move it 

i just had another 5 min episode and yes I am stressed 

this always happens to me worse in winter 

am I alone ?

    There’s still people harassing me outside too I’m not calling police my flat is a pigsty and I’m in my home clothes and nightgown plus it’s eveninh and cold 

    what’s wrong with these people

    Sounds like cramp, it’s painful but not serious and happens to a lot of people(Usually worse in winter), you might be better posting this in a different section to get more replies as this part of forum is for housing.

    I've popped your post into our Chronic Pain and Pain management section, in case any other details come to light you wanted to share. I echo Poppy's advice, if you are concerned then I would speak to your GP or Pharmacist. I know getting a GP appointment is difficult at the moment, so maybe your local pharmacist would have some advice :)
