New Style ESA (support group) reassessment?

Within days of an appeal hearing, DWP told me I was in neither ESA group so it's their system which allowed them to 'convert' my claim again0 -

I agree and I did not reclaim at any time
Received IB35 and IB50 forms in 2011
Received another IB50 form in 2012
Told in 2016 that my IB claim was being migrated to ESA (which I'd received continuously since 2011)
I have no idea what the IB35 is. The IB50 was a work capability assessment form. You said you migrated to ESA in 2011 but you couldn't have if you received the IB50 form in 2011 and 2012.

I have told you what happened to my claims and that ESA was in payment from 20110 -
Found this, written by another claimant -
27/03/2012 the same DWP adviser that discriminated me by misleading me onto the Pathways Program pilot in November 2009 chose to link my (ESA) claim back to (IB) and left me with the impression this was possible. I have recently become aware that this was unlawful. The 104 week linking rules for (IB) were abolished on 31/01/2011. This created an error that appears to have been repeated on my claim over the following six years from 2012 and in effect creating a revolving door between (IB) and (ESA), by excessive use of the migration process and abolished linking rules. You may by now be able to appreciate the ramifications on the proposed (ESA) to (UC) migration.

I'm totally confused here so i'm going to leave it there i'm afraid. If you haven't already then i'd advise you to get some expert advice.

I was sent a form called ESA35 in August to my old address, moved in September. This was just before I was told would need to change from Income Support. But no ESA claim form was sent to me & no ESA50. Is this right to only get ESA35 which only asked for the conditions I have, GP address, but nothing else- then be called for ATOS assessment now.

I have no idea what that is or why you posted it. If it's from this forum or any other forum then i wasn't a member back in 2013.Edit, i just clicked on the username and it took me to The national consumer service. Never heard of it or ever used it so no it's not me. That person has ASD, which i don't have. Not sure of the relevance anyway.0 -
Unfortunately you are wrong @WhatThe - poppy is nothing to do with the National Consumer Service, rather a very helpful person here on this forum.I've been trying to follow your posts in this thread, but tho I only know a fraction of what poppy123456 knows, I'm lost off as to what it is you actually want to know. I can however see some things which make no sense.Perhaps, as advised, you should seek some local advice, so try here: https://advicelocal.uk/
