Hi I've done my Mandatory reconsideration I'm wating for reply but I've had a text saying they have received it a few weeks ago and yesterday one saying they'll look at my case before 19th Jan 2023 has anyone had this before? I have inflammatory bowel disease quite bad chrones and depression 😔 thanks for reading kind regards Jo x

It simply means they've given you a timescale of when the decision is likely to be made. However, as a guide it can take anything up to 12 weeks. You'll be contacted once a decision is made.The most likely outcome of any MR will be the decision remains the same, if this happens you can proceed to Tribunal. What benefit is this for?0

Thank you so much I applied for pip back in September I was scored no points on both so not holding any hope tbh I no I will have to go to tribunal I was simply asking if anyone had text messages saying a date they were going to look by0
