Hi all
I've had my telephone assessment on 8 December 22.
It look an hour long.
Was told decision would take 5 weeks .
And I need to get evidence by then.
Also the lady said that my copd was overlooked .
If it wasn't i would have got enhanced mobility.
To be honest I'm stress its something
I could do without.
I've enough on my plate .
What should I do.

The 5 week timescale you were advised is actually more like up to 12 weeks once the assessment report is returned. If the Enhanced mobility refers to your current award then if you weren't happy with that award when the decision was made then you could have challenged that decision. If that decision was more than 13 months ago you are outside the timescale to do anything about it now.At the moment for this review, all you can do is wait for the decision. Once it's made you will be contacted.0
