Help please am I due any back dated payment

Hi all I reported a health change on the Wednesday 16th October 2024, says on journal this is effective since 2 September 2024.
I first sent in sick note since 4th November 2024 . For 4 months without missing anything . My dates are -
(25th of every month pay day )
4th nov - award date
19th - 18th December 2024 - assesment period 1
19th December - 18th January 2025 - assesment period 2
19th Jan - 18th feb 2025
I was given the reward letter
12th March 2025 Lwrca and to not look for work and get the additional element
My letter says nothing about you won’t get back dated payment just says if you are owed anything we will pay .
my assesment period is 19th feb - 18th march 2025 .
My questions are am I owed any back dated payment since September then because I reported a health change even though my first sick note was for 4th November
if the September date does not count can someone tell me or figure out if am eligible for any back dated payment at all then? I left a journal message over a week and no one has gotten back to me thanks you .

I would like to add i get it for anxiety depression agrophobia , if this wasn’t meant to be back dated from September because I didn’t send in sick notes my go records show i have these conditions for 10 plus years or is that not the case and in my case it only starts from November because I only sent sick notes from then? Thank you

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
October/November: Partial AP not counted for waiting period.
November/December: AP 1
December/January: AP 2
January/February: AP 3
February/March: Eligible for LCWRA element.
25th March: First LCWRA element paid
If LCWRA is missing from your statement, then they haven't had time to process the decision and you will be owed one month LCWRA.
Money owed will be calculated separately and this usually takes several weeks at least. You'll know this has been done when a letter is added to your Journal confirming the amount they owe you.
You'll then receive the money into your bank account several working days later.
Please note:
If you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA themselves, no extra money will be paid as the maximum number of payable LCWRA elements is one in a couples claim.
If you get any Transitional Protection on your claim, it will reduce by the LCWRA amount.

As I advised LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, no money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
With your dates if LCWRA element is not on your next statement, they will owe you one month.

hi sorry I have difficulty understanding I have an impairment . I spoke to a uc agent she says I should be getting backdated payment from the 4th November , is that the case? I read somewhere the first 3 months ain’t back dated? But she clearly told me about mine …

find it really confusing when someone says something and another person says something different

The UC agents aren't benefits experts. They get things wrong all the time.
