Effect on contribution based ESA by welfare reforms?

Does anyone know if today's welfare benefits reforms affect contribution based ESA support group recipients as they are increasing universal credit I think so might ESA increase too ?

    Although the announcement and green paper was released today it's not set in stone. We're now entering consultation phase which will allow us an opportunity to respond.
