jh 500 and only goes 1km after a new battery fitted

Hi I've bought a jh 500 and it only goes 1km I've had a new battery fitted..what do you think it could be plz

    Hi, I take it you mean a Green power JH500 mobility scooter. That has 4x battery's.

    It's ok there was a switch I needed to switch lol thanks anyway sky bird
