Will I have to confirm my id in person?

After submitting my esa to uc migration claim online yesterday I unintentionally clicked that I was unable to confirm online. Actually I am not totally sure if I would be able to confirm online.
Anyhow, it now says on my to do list "we will call you." I read somewhere on this site from another's experience that even after the call they were asked to do a face to face verification.
I am not comfortable with this. First, I barely leave the house, and have a lot of social anxiety.
And I checked a list someone posted, and it requires 3 forms of id, and I'm not even sure I have three from the list.
Online it only requires two, but in person 3. Strange.
What can I do? I thought online or phone is enough and no face to face is necessary.

Hi @hughie1
It may be worth call the Universal Credit Migration Notice helpline for free at 0800 169 0328 and explaining you clicked that option by mistake and have social anxiety and then request online/phone verification, not face to face. Hopefully they will be able to accommodate you!
