    Hi I rang dwp today and the lady I spoke to last week hasn't even put in my claim for the severe disabilty premium even though I answered all the questions.

    The man on the phone apologised as it was shown on system why I rang last week.

    So he has passed my claim straight on to the department for me and I will hear within the next 5 days as the woman was negligent and lucky I didn't wait the 4 weeks to find out nothing was being done.

    Just thought I would update you for all your kind help.
