Why is there no comments reply button to reply to people's questions ? How does anyone comment on them?

That isn't obvious at all

If you press "quote" it starts up a new window like this one with the original post in it and then you can add your comment below it, like this.

How do I find replys to my comments .thanks

They should be in the box under your comment like this one is @fij
If you want to reply to someone put @ before their name or press quote.
