Hi Could someone please explain this me I'm very confused...Hi Maxine, Thanks for your message, you were found to have LCWRA from the 19 December 2024. There has to be 3 full assessment periods not including the assessment period were you were found to have LCWRA before the LCWRA will be included in your entitlement. LCWRA will apply from assessment period running from 28 March 2024 - 27 April 2025.

    LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

    This means your first payment for LCWRA will be May 4th for your March/April assessment period, which is your first eligible Assessment Period after the waiting period
