Hi I have been awarded lcw in 2021 in June. How long it takes for universal credit to review my claim

    If your condition has worsened or changed and you feel you now might qualify for LCWRA, you can submit fit notes to trigger a reassessment. It's worth reading the criteria and making sure you understand the difference between the two and know that any work capability assessment has three possible outcomes:

    • Fit for work
    • LCW
    • LCWRA
