    Thank you all, i have a question im baffled as no clear answers anywhere to this

    Today i got awarded lcwra i first put in sick note in August 24 and 2 more since last one taking me to july 5th 25, so q. Is is there any backdated due and how soon do i get it ?

    Plain answers please as this UC is already far too complicated to get brain round it

    I'm happy to answer this for you but need to know a few things first.

    1. What date do you get your UC each month?
    2. Did you hand fit notes in continuously without gaps?
    3. Does anyone else on your claim receive LCWRA?

    6th every month

    Yes first sicknote handed to them in Aug 2024 no gaps

    No just me

    Exact dates are needed:

    What date did you report the health condition?

    What date did you hand in your first Fit Note?

    Do you receive any Transitional Protection on your claim?

    This will be on your payment statements if you do.
