Need clarification regarding new 4 point rule

Hi everyone
Like everyone else the recent green paper has sent me into a state of confusion and worry.
I am the recipient of the social mobility element, how I only scored four points for mixing with other people and will have an upcoming tribunal next month.
The new scoring system emphasises at least four points in one category, I meet that criteria but I dont ,have the necessary 8 points for the daily living component, I take it I must convince the tribunal to award me a further 4 points under both systems to qualify for the daily living component?

Hello @SunnyRain.
Any changes are not currently in effect, so at your tribunal you only need to focus on the current point system.

So I still need to convince the tribunal to give 4 more points to qualify for the daily living component?

Yes, you still need at least 8 points in the Daily Living section for a standard DL award. Or at least 12 points for an Enhanced DL award.
