Recurrent miscarriage and success stories
hi everyone I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced recurrent miscarriage I had a scan on my ovaries after my second miscarriage and it’s been all clear
However I can’t help not worrying I feel down and struggle sleeping I just feel awful that this has happened two times already
I feel worried about my health
My mental health is really bad I feel like I can’t speak to anyone about this
I go to therapy but the woman was trying to change my hopsital to a specialised beareavement baby loss one and I didn’t want that because I wanted to be in the same place so I feel like I can’t even speak to my physcologist about this ebcause she’s trying to discharge me

I'm so sorry to hear that @ilovepink97. Have you had a look online at the sort of support available to you at all while you wait for help from the mental health team?
I know Miscarriage Association have some support available but Tommy's also have a Wellbeing after Miscarriage programme that might help?

I don’t have any advice to offer, but your post really moved me.
I’m so sorry you’re facing the heartbreaking loss of a daughter once more. You shouldn’t have to carry this alone. You deserve care, recognition, and space to grieve your little ones.
You have carried so much, for so long. It’s not right that you are still waiting for the care and support you need. I hope the organisations Adrian mentioned above might offer some help. Sending you a big virtual hug. xx
