Hi @Patsyboo and welcome to the community. You're not alone with these worries as we don't know yet what the outcome will be 100% yet. But please know the release of the green paper is the initial proposal and we're now entering a period of consultation which will allow us to respond to this, which the community is absolutely doing.
A lot of people are wondering what they can do to get involved and it’s important to know that cuts to disability benefits are not inevitable. We’d love for you to join Scope in pushing back against these cuts. Here are some of the ways you can get involved:
- Add your name to our petition
- Invite your MP to our parliamentary event
- Respond to the consultation by 30 June 2025.
