I was wondering how long it takes between sending in bank statements and getting an appointment for the review phone call? thanks

    It varies for everyone, there doesn't seem to be a set time.

    Some wait days, others weeks or even months I've seen in a few cases.

    And this is the review that asks for ID and 4 months of bank statements?

    Yes I'm referring to the review of a claim from financial perspective.

    In my case - it took weeks to review my documentation, and then they requested more information which added a few more weeks to the process. They eventually closed out my review, after reviewing my additional documents, without a call with a note in the Universal Credit journal.
