Why everyone keep saying charity are silent..What can they really do but provide support for everyone to understand what we face after November 2026.

Let me quote what it says on the report.

    Advice

I advise that the client meets the criteria for Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activity as they are suffering from some specific disease or bodily or mental disablement and by reasons of such disease or disablement, there would be a substantial risk to the mental or physical health of any person if they were found not to have Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activity"

    Justification of Advice

A few sentences just stating that my evidence lines up with what I have said in my UC50 as well as ongoing mental health problems, paranoid psychosis, ongoing acts of self-harm, previous _ attempts, daily suicidal ideation and intrusive thoughts

I hadn't told them that I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder because I hadn't been diagnosed yet. I sent my UC50 off on the basis of Anxiety and Depression. I have updated them though less than a month after that decision was made and they're fine with it as my condition hasn't actually changed.

"Functional LCWRA not indicated therefore LCWRA risk appears supported. The available evidence suggests review in the medium term. Client is having ongoing input and mental health treatment, with treatment, their condition may improve."

My review is in about 15 months from now.

Just seen a clip on politics live from yesterday about the treasury mp Darren Jones comparing the cuts to taking away his children £10 pocket money

Good heavens, that man is not fit for purpose 🙄😬. He and Richard Tice I saw yesterday, listened to them spouting nonsense. Some quite vile opinions out their. Good to see Grahame Morris's condemnation of the cuts.

Oh my. I hadn't seen that. I don't know if I'm looking at that statement wrong but it sounds like they view those with disabilities as children. I mean when you take a kid's pocket money, more often than not, they throw a tantrum even if it's as a consequence of their actions. That statement just tells me that he's seeing us as kids throwing tantrums because we lost what is a little bit of money to them, when it's the difference between surviving and not for us. Not only that but it sounds like he's implying that it's the consequences of our actions. Am I alone in feeling that way? Please tell me if I'm just overthinking that all but the way that the Government has acted recently, it wouldn't be the most shocking thing.

He has apologised but that's not good enough. Pip is our life line. Starmer meanwhile in Paris meeting macron ,check out the nauseating greeting they give each other

Just a random question, are people allowed to actually email members of the Cabinet when not in their constituency? Or would we just have to email our MPs and hope that they pass it on?

They will continue to pay it as it is until your next review, so you’d still get the rate you’re on until at least 2029 (and obviously longer if you’re reawarded)

Could this actually bring the government down ?

I think that yes it could - however, who would replace it ?

A LIB/TORY coalition would appear to be the best bet at the moment but would depend on votes.

There's nothing to stop anyone from emailing any MP's

but to get an answer about constitutional stuff - you need to be in their constituency

I have esa, not the contribution based one and pip that I won at appeal with 10 pts for daily living, going to unfamiliar places and a few 2`s. I'm unsure if I'm lcwra. I just want to know what means for me as I find it very confusing.

Reeves wants to take away your PIP - Unless you have at least a 4 in any category - she doesn't believe that you are entitled to any PIP

So if someone wanted to email say the Education Secretary regarding policies without being in their constituency, they could? As long as it's not about their actual area. An example would be in my area, people have been going around throwing red paint over people's houses (don't know why, stupidity maybe) then that'd be to the local MP because it's about the area. But if someone were to email about policies that the Education Secretary set out then they could directly email that MP?

I feel I've done all that I can. This is all going to be played out over the next number of months in the MSM/Social Media/Newspapers. I've emailed MP's, responded to the Green Paper, signed petitions. What more can we do? I'm going to try and take a step back from it all to protect my MH.

But they are getting away with it. Nobody can stop them.
