If moving out at some point and I don't get the same level of assistance can I still get PIP?

Hello,

I've read that you can still get PIP even if you don't get the help you need, if for most of the time you struggle with specific tasks.

E.g. I am with Mum who is helping me do a lot at the moment because I'm struggling, but if I hopefully move out when I'm back on my feet at some point, can I still get PIP even if Mum isn't prompting me or assisting on certain things?

I may still find difficulties with things most of the time/just over 50%, and I wouldn't be getting that to the same level of extent due to memory difficulties. But can I still get it?

Thanks.
