Hello all, Im intrigued by this question also. I live in the sticks and dont see my friends as much anymore as I felt really needy asking for lifts. It's one of the reasons why Im really looking forward to work again.

theres an app called meetup which when you put in your area it brings up online snd in person events

@Ziadawn , Have you tried contacting your Local ParkRun/ParkWalk group?They are friendly in my area and there are always disabled people and trails are accessible and disabled friendly (atleast in my area). The name can put people off but you can walk as well. I’ve even seen wheelchair users in my group. sadly , I couldn’t go to my local one due to my own issues . If you are keen, it’s worth giving a try!!. Best wishes 😊
