Hi,
SSP is treated as earnings, so that gets deducted from Universal Credit.
However, if your partner is not currently working, their normal work earnings will not be causing a deduction.
So overall they should be better off.

Should she put sick line onto journal

That depends on how long she is expected not to be working.
If she is expecting to be off work long term now (more than 28 days) then she should start the health journey by adding the health condition to the journal and uploading a fit note.
She will then have to go through the Work Capability Assessment process. From that, she will be put into one of two groups - LCW or LCWRA - or found to still be fit for work.

but she wants to go back to work after a few months

LCWRA doesn't get paid for the first 3 months, so there's no point going through the health journey if expecting to return to work within that time.
I wouldn't notify UC of a health issue in this case as that automatically triggers the health journey and WCA process. They can see that she is getting SSP and will adjust payments accordingly.

She won't get anything extra until a decision is made.

yes but will she get standard allowance ?

Her payment before deductions is £1284.48
She will get SSP (deducted in full from UC), leaving £769.90 UC paid.
Once SSP runs out no deductions would be made to her award.
No extra money is paid until after a LCWRA decision, and there isn't always anything owed in backpay due to the waiting period.
If awarded LCWRA her Transitional Protection will end.
Her award would go up by £365.57
(LCWRA element £423.27- £57.70 TP).

Yes, she will still get standard allowance, housing and child elements.

but she doesn’t get full standard allowance when getting ssp

SSP is treated as income so reduces her UC award.
Even though the UC is reduced she still gets the SSP payments into her bank account.
When the SSP ends so would the deductions to her UC.
