WCA report/wait times
hello, I had my assesment 3 weeks ago for work capability and I rang and asked them if I could get a copy of the report the week after, they said I could not get it before the decision was made and just wondered is this correct? With PIP I was able to request the report as soon as DWP had it so just seems a little odd
Can I ask how long people waited for their outcome? I’ve seen loads of people getting it 1-2 weeks after but then saw someone say they got an outcome after two months. UC told me there isn’t any timetable and you get it when you get it which is of course super helpful! Not like my anxiety is going crazy in the meantime 😞
Thanks

Official timescales are anything up to 12 weeks.
Some people hear within days, others a couple months.
Yes UC is different to PIP in that they will not send the report until after the decision has been made.
