DWP
What the f*** is going to happen next. I've just seen that the DWP are going to be deducting 40% out of our bank accounts.
How do expect us to live, we won't be able to pay our bills or anything else. I'm sick to my stomach with all these changes and what they are planning to do to the most vulnerable.
They should just kill us off.

Some of the headlines are very worrying but I think they are just talking about those with overpayments and even then I think the 40% has to be justifiable.

Hi Slonvinton & Bigboblee50,
Thanks for your replies.
Bigboblee50, how sure are you that its just to claim back overpayment?
I wouldn't survive if the took 40% out of my account

Hi @wendy1 I've seen a couple of articles from less that reputable outlets giving these shock headlines. But as others have said, the plans would be only for the DWP to reclaim overpayments and officials would have the option of taking up to 40% back and the claimant would be informed in advance.
