I take it u live in Scotland the Number for the Diabled bus pass is 0141 333 3211 Buchanan st bus station they will advise you what to do and for the disabled toilets you can contact your local social work department and ask to speak to occupational therapist or go on EBay and the key for toilets is called a Radar key think there about £5.00 pounds just to add the Bus pass hours are 9am -1pm

If Scotland is anything like England the hours can vary from area to area.

How do we know OP lives in Glasgow?
In Scotland, individual councils issue the free bus passes (or concessionary travel passes as they're known)
You can apply online if that's possible for you to do.
I don't know about the Radar key scheme and the posted advice might well be spot on for you there!

Do you know that you would qualify for a Disabled Person's Railcard? It gives 1/3 off ticket prices.
It costs £20 for a year, or £54 for 3 years .

The railcard also gives your travelling companion ⅓ off.
Also - not to do with travel but if you like cinema, apply for a CEA card.
This allows a companion/carer to get into the cinema free. You still pay full price for your own ticket.
There is a small fee for a CEA card.
