Put in uc claim - when do you get paid esa & housing 2 week run on

so I’ve put in my uc claim via managed migration (and my esa award ended as a result)
so I’m now in the assessment period completing the last bits of the to do list
I know that you get 2 weeks run on of esa and housing benefit once your uc claim starts (and esa & housing benefit are paid in arrears)
Do you get paid the run ons on the usual days you get paid esa and hb (next esa payday is next week and hb is a fortnight after that and I applied for uc in between esa pay dates - in theory I’m sort be expecting 2 wks of esa + hb run on plus 1 week of esa & hb payment areas)
Am I right in thinking on the usual legacy benefit pay dates I should get 2wks esa next week, then a fortnight later get 1 week esa + 3 weeks hb (completing legacy benefits financially)?
thanks

hi since you didn’t get an answer, what actually happened with your payments? As I did the same thing, submitted my claim a week before my ESA was paid. I got my ESA as normal today but no housing benefit etc

I got rent reminder from council, but by the time I queried it, the claim had caught up with itself, so to speak.
Migration was suspiciously easy! I am used to being the unlucky one who has issues never seen before.
