Without sounding ungrateful but everything CMHT offer is either 4 weeks or 6 weeks they open a can of worms and give you four weeks to deal with serious issues you have

    Hi Agnia

Have you felt you've had much help from CMHT?

    Hello @Agnia

I am so sorry to read about your traumatic experiences with CMHT. Having working in MH both child and adult it makes me angry that any patient should be traumatised by the person who is supposed to help them. I truly hope that your referral to a new cmht facility is quick and seemless. I also have MH issues so know how you feel to some extent as each of us have different thresholds.

I am wishing you a nice day, enjoy the sunshine and know I am thinking of you and sending you good vibes.

    Hello @Agnia

Best thing to do for rest of today is to make yourself a good cuppa tea or coffee and find a comfy space to read, play a video game etc to take your mind off it for now. Tomorrow is another day. We are always here to listen even if we can't give advice at the time we are good listeners.

You're very welcome @Agnia I just want you to be OK, it isn't pleasant at all feeling unwell, especially with bad headaches. Please rest and look after yourself, hopefully tomorrow you will feel much better, take care and very warmest wishes to you always 🌼 🌸 🌻 🌹

You too @Agnia and absolutely no need to apologise at all. You're not expected to be all-singing and dancing when you're not feeling good and no need to pretend otherwise. We're here for you, in the good days and not so good. Thinking of you and take very good care and I hope you can rest and relax ❤️ 💐 🌹 🌸
