at last got date for appeal do i take in an update off meds as dr changed tablets many thanks

It would be good to send a copy of your new meds to the tribunal if you have time but do take them with you

You might want to ask in Ask a benefits advisor category because the tribunal are supposed to assess you as you were at the time of your PIP claim, not as you are now.0 -
If the change of meds relates to the condition at the time of the claim then it is not a problem.
The tribunal wil not consider any new conditions since the time of assessment. If this is the case and the new conditions are likely to bring about a different result, then a change of circumstance would need to be entered

thanks @ Cockney Rebel and @Matilda conditions still same just upped meds to stronger ones i also have a letter from gp stating conditions will get worse not better0

definately worth sending info to tribunal if you have time. otherwise take copies with you and the clerk should accept them before the hearing
