hi all. I am a little confused. I have been today accepted for LCWRA, my first fit note was submitted around August 16 and exp around October 4. Next one started around 28th jan.due to some issues. Exp 12 march. Latest one started 14th march ends June 20th. I was accepted for LWRCA today, when would I expect to receive payment? I get paid on the 20th of every month. Thanks. As I am little confused trying to figure it out.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

This assumes no break in Fit Notes, and you have several.

UC would need to decide when your waiting period starts due to breaks in Fit Notes.

Unfortunately that's not something we can predict from here.

the fit note only had one break I believe. They lasted either 3 or two months long. I was just trying to figure it all out, so I could budget my money. It’s a little annoying that they don’t tell you in the journal when you’ll get it. As my fit notes last usually about 3 months.
