unfortunately I don't think Pip has an email address you have to call them

You'll need to send over physical copies of your documents to PIP. Use the same address that you sent your documents too @apples, and write a brief accompanying letter to tell them what it's about. Include your claim reference numbers too.
PIP do have an email address, but like all DWP departments, their deeply ableist natures means they only give them out over the phone in limited circumstances. While email addresses are floating around online, the DWP will change these emails once they leak out.

Hi @apples
Also make sure you send them a copy rather than the original and write your NI number on every page, as it gets scanned so anything stapled will be separated. they have a tendency to lose things. So copies every time
Ring them to inform them it’s in the post so they can note on your file FE (further evidence) is en route.Good luck

In these days of digital govt PIP don't make it easy for the claimant to contact them, either call them and wait nearly an hour or write to them and wait a few weeks to be logged on to system then query answered.

Exactly I find it hard to go out so having to send these documents is not going to be easy
