in Start here and say hello!
helo my name is Audrey I am 61 years old and I have parkinsons up until recently it did not bother me  but these last few months I have turned into a cripple.i can hardly walk without pain find it difficult to get out of my chair or bed and find myself having to crawl up the stairs
