Hi all ..

I received a text from pip last week to say my review is complete ..this is my first review since getting enhanced on both care and mobility 3 years ago ..I rang the automated line today and it told me my next payment and date ..does that mean my review has been successful?

    Yes if it hasn't changed it also means you haven't lost any standing on either care or mobility

    HI @raquel19 personally I'd not take what the automated line says as gospel, it can often be wrong, or it hasn't updated properly. So please don't take that as a definite yes. It's best to wait for the letter to arrive.

    can l ask how long did your review take l know it is different for everyone but l sent my forms in October not heard anything accept a text message saying they are still looking at it

    Thank you all ..

    I send forms back in October myself and had a few texts to say they were still reviewing it still and only last week it was completed .

    Just update I had my letter and I've been awarded the same for another two years .thankyou
