Do I need to tell work coach I got PIP?

It might be useful, although financially it doesn't impact UC it might help the work coach decide what work preparation activities they ask you to do.

Job Centre staff generally do not have access to your PIP award information and you don't need to tell them about it unless it's relevant to your Universal Credit or other benefit claim
Remember PIP is a disability benefit that is quite separate from the Job Centre's primary function of helping people find work and providing support for Universal Credit.
Telling them that you are in receipt of PIP would serve to reinforce your poor health and how it may impact job searches.
