I won my tribunal and was awarded standard daily living, and I'm due to get paid on the 18th as I've had mobility element since October.

Will I receive the amount I usually get, or the new amount?

It takes up to 8 weeks for everything to be sorted out after a Tribunal win.

If the DWP request a statement of reasons from the court, that can cause a delay.

Appeal and tribunal are the same thing really.
