    That's what did to me then said I owed thousands I contested it well went mad they wiped after alot of back and fourth it wasn't my fault so noway I'm paying I told them that quiet clearly

    Well first I started off being miffed as contacted askmygp at 8:24 this morning and at by 3:30 I still hadn't had a reply even contacted them on the phone twice and after being on hold for 30 minutes both times they appeared to hang up on me. Then I said a bee and and a wasp entered my house and that made my heart rate rise 🤣 was even shouting at the poor thing to get out I said go a little lower avoid the curtain, yes now get out the door 🤣 sure enough I closed that door pretty snapish with my good hand afterwards 🫡 the boss wanted his hair cut then for me to drop him down to the shops as his friends taking him to football match tonight. Had to arrange for his dad's fiancé to pick him up though as I'll be taking my Amitriptyline no later than 9pm and can't drive on those beauties.

    Anyway what film are you thinking about watching? Or programme 🙂

    Hey I'm been okay today and yet again my mum annoyed me once again. My mum always does anyoied. I been typing my symptoms .is has been really difficult so far.

    I have no impulse control with spending and I found a way that has really stopped me spending so much I don't have my banking app on my phone!! I don't know how much is in their you order food for comfort mines face creams it's that feeling if I buy this and it works imagine how amazing that would be maybe yours is to push the feelings down of real life emotions it's like I uses to drink and I'd try so hard not to then that voice that say oh don't worry about it just get it who cares !! And it's because at that moment in time we don't care takes few minutes to order it is self harm I used to have clearpay klarna you have to take the tools that help you do this away or put limits on them you have to really dig deep and start being aware of what triggers you to order food and also sit with the uncomfortable feelings of wanting to order and not doing so it's hard really hard but it can be done remember we are so used to doing what we want even though we know it will harm us financially and emotionally try to put limits say I will have a take away at weekends for a threat and in the week none the only person we hurt is ourselves trust me I know that self loafing feeling try with small steps you got this 👍

    I totally understand the lack of impulse control @Grumpy1314 it can be really soul destroying. But you're recognising it which is a great start.

    Though I would urge you to please take your antidepressants every day as the doc requests, as if you're only taking them occasionally, all you'll really be getting are the side effects.

    Have to go to hospital for scan of my jaw keep getting tingling hands and lips she said its not my tooth oh the joys

    Lovely walk out as hearing the lawnmowers and even some birds singing on this beautiful Spring afternoon.

    I went to the local shop to stock up on a few magazines to take with me tomorrow to the hospital. I will be staying with a local friend while she is having her cataract removed.
