UC Migration - Nomination of Other Person

I've been attempting to help someone with their migration to UC.
I note there is a section within the online form to nominate someone else as contact person.
Does the contact person need to have Power of Attorney (or similar) to be the nominated person?
Any advice/clarification would be appreciated! 🙂

No, anyone can be a Nominated Contact as long as the claimant confirms it.
