Hi @m40kav and a warm welcome to the community!
What advice are you looking for?0 -
Hi Mary,
i have just been awarded 'limited capability for work related activity' which has been backdated for seven months.
I was wondering if this would be a starting point for a potential PIP claim???

Hi @m40kav
PIP and LCWRA are two different benefits your so LCWRA shouldn't affect a potential pip claim.
If the reason you were rewarded LWCRA is due to a disability then it is definitely worth it looking in to PIP as a benefit to help with the extra costs of being disabled.
