I have been in receipt of universal credit since beginning Feb 25 I am in receipt of PIP unable to work more than 15 hours online from home.

I had a meeting with my work coach 4 weeks face to face after claiming then another 4 weeks a video call and because they put me with person they scheduled for a nother video call for a nother 2 weeks later and then they said I need a face 2 face 2 weeks later again.

Dosent make sense all this.

I'm suffering from pain and my work coach is not be any help I told her I would prefer a video or phone call and she is insisting I have to go for a face to face.

I'm suffering from fibromyalgia and they have evidence and fit notes lasting to end of September what are my rights and advice needed

You need to get a Work Capability Assessment, if the outcome is LCWRA that removes all work commitments and you'll be outside the remit of a work coach.

You've submitted Fit Notes so your work coach needs to put you forward to be sent a UC50 form which is stage one.

Strongly advise you get help filling in the form.

If found to have LCWRA you can still work.

If you don't wish to go down that route, you can make a complaint about your Work Coach

I submitted the UC50 form a few weeks ago and not heard anything back yet what happens if I'm sick and can't attend a face to face

You can ask the health assessment agency to give a telephone appointment instead of a face to face.

As your WCA is outstanding I think you have fair grounds to complain about your Work Coach making unreasonable requests.

I have a temperature and in pain I hope they will agree to delay it to at least Monday or Tuesday. With fibromyalgia I can't tell how I will feel from one day to another

I keep getting sudden temperatures and feeling so unwell I've had a temperature for 2 days now but was told this can happen with my condition. But enough not to be able to do anything let alone go to the work coach

My apologies I thought you meant the WCA appointment, not the work coach.

All you can do is ask.
