Work capability assessment medical interview

I sent off my work capability assessment forms and due to my anxiety i am now trying to preparing how to answer the questions at the interview. With my depression I am worried it won't look like I am depressed as I do get out of bed and get dressed ,but it a big struggle. How do you answer it to make sure they understand that it is a struggle?. And the day to day questions I just stay in my room all day worry about everything and only leave to go the bathroom or kitchen. I was wondering how other people answered it.

@snowhite89. I have anxiety and depression also chronic pain and back pain.. I am awaiting for my pip reassessment resolution. You need to make sure you describe your worst days. It is very hard to see depression and anxiety. I am going to day centres and stuff and volunteer.. Because it is good for my mental state. Because if I am not well I just SAy I am not ok and they are ok. In a proper job it will not be accepted. It is important to write down everything before hand .. stage the situation. And think on when are your very bad days.. and you tell them about those days not the good ones.
I am also very scared about the future. I might lose pip . Got a text message. They are still making a decision. Tell about the bad days. On bad days I don't shower. So I told them . Or eat very bad. Even if I did eat once nicely. Because it is the bad times where you have to focus on. And please write down. From today what to say . Remember what you said in the form. And focus on the bad days .. and if you write it down you Will remember. And study your notes.
