Hi @amyb1991x and welcome to the community. 😊
I've added a link to an earlier post which might be helpful - LCWRA - am i entitled to be backdated? — Scope | Online Community. One of the key comments states:
"The LCWRA should be backdated to when you reported the health condition provided you supplied details of continuous Fit Notes. The extra money (LCWRA element) should be paid from the fourth full UC period after you reported the health condition".
Best wishes,
Holly

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc? It's not the start date in them that counts, it's the day you gave them to UC.
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, or have Transitional Protection on your claim?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

As I advised LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods. No money is paid or later owed in backpay for that period.
If you can answer the all questions I asked, I can do an estimated timeline for payment.

First fit note was 5th of 10th
4th of 11 to 27th
23rd of 12 to 27
27 of 01 to 24
24th of 2 to 24
There the sick notes i had what else do you need to know sorry I'm not the brightest person I don't understand this at all

I get paid on the 15th
I'm single so don't have a parent
I got assessed on Feb 6th

My estimate of your waiting period would be:
September/October: Partial Assessment Period, not included for waiting period
October/November: AP 1
November/December: AP 2
December/January: AP 3
January/February: Eligible for LCWRA element
15th February: First LCWRA element paid.
Up until today 3 months LCWRA element would be owed.
Once you receive the decision, UC need time to process before LCWRA is added to your monthly payment, and backpay calculated.
Money owed is calculated separately and this usually takes several weeks at least. You'll know this has been done when a letter is added to your Journal confirming the amount they owe you.
You'll then receive the money into your bank account several working days later.

What the lady was talking about is the waiting period when no money is paid.
After the waiting period you are entitled to the LCWRA element.
So if LCWRA has been added to your April payment, that means you are owed 2 months for February & March.
