    very quiet, just forgot to take my meds last night due to the amount of things swirling around my mind. Dark Thoughts, my family, friends, two failed marriages, personal care, all this stuff with the government messing with our benefits, the lack of support I’m receiving etc. I’ve messaged my GP about everything and want my second Antidepressant upping. Just feel really kicked in, lower than a snakes belly, so many conflicting thoughts and emotions, especially questioning myself as to why I have done the divorce application, as it’s just raked over hot coals and brought out a load of old wounds that I thought had been buried in my head. Just going to sit here and watch tv then have an early night.
