hi I’ve just had my assessment back and I have been awarded limited capability for work and work related activities,my concern is that my partner is going to be moving in with me soon and he earns a good wage that we won’t get any UC so does this me I will lose limited capability for work benefit?

I believe your partner would have to apply for UC, and you would be making a joint claim. Any payments would be dependent on his earnings.
It would be best that you both have a good look at a benefits calculator.

All of UC is means tested, so if your partners wage means you jointly don't qualify for UC, then yes your LCWRA will end.
